Who is Unalilia Packaging?

Unalilia Packaging is a plastic packaging manufacturer founded in 2001. We have a US office in Las Vegas, Nevada, a China office in Guangzhou, Guangdong, and our own factory in Yingde, Guangdong, where we mold HDPE and PET bottles, jars and caps.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Bottles, jars and caps are made in our own factory in Yingde, Guangdong. Pumps, sprayers, tubes and labels come from trusted partner suppliers, so you can order a complete package from one supplier.

How many existing bottle molds do you have?

We have 5,000+ existing bottle molds in many shapes and sizes. You can choose an existing shape and customize the color and decoration without paying for a new mold.

What packaging products do you offer?

Plastic bottles, jars and containers, squeeze tubes, pumps, sprayers, caps and closures, and shipping labels for skincare, hair care, body care, household, food and supplement products.

MOQ, Samples & Lead Time

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Clear bottles and jars start from 5,000 pcs. White, black and custom colors start from 10,000 pcs. MOQ for pumps, sprayers, tubes and labels depends on the item, color and decoration; contact us to confirm.

How long do samples take and how much do they cost?

Samples are ready in about 7 days. The sample fee is about US$100 per design and is refunded when you place the bulk order.

What is the production lead time?

Mass production takes about 30 days after sample approval. Shipping time depends on the trade term and destination.

Payment & Shipping

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.

What trade terms do you offer?

EXW, FOB or DDP. We can ship full containers directly to your filling plant, or combine bottles, closures and accessories in one shipment.

Do you ship to the United States and other countries?

Yes. Most of our customers are in the United States, and we ship worldwide. For the US, we can quote FOB China or DDP to your door.

Customization

Can I customize the packaging color?

Yes. We can match your brand color for bottles, jars and caps. Clear starts from 5,000 pcs; white, black and custom colors start from 10,000 pcs.

Can I add my logo to the packaging?

Yes. We offer silk screen printing, hot stamping, UV printing and labeling, plus frosted and matte finishes. Tubes can also be offset printed.

What materials are available?

HDPE and PET for most bottles and jars, PETG for clear premium bottles, PP for caps and closures, PE and laminated (PBL/ABL) materials for tubes, and aluminum for some tubes and caps.

Can you help me choose the right packaging?

Yes. Send us your product type, viscosity, fill volume and how customers will use it. We will recommend the bottle, closure and decoration and send samples for testing.

Can I send reference drawings or images?

Yes. You can upload images, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, Word, Excel or ZIP files up to 20 MB each in our quote form, or email them to package@unalilia.com.
